4-year-old Cha Cha Canete or Tricia Louise Canete is the cute little girl on the Camella Homes TV ads with the jingle that goes “Bulilit, bulilit, sanay sa masikip. Kung kumilos ang liit liit.”
She was discovered by director Erik Matti at a coffee shop in Quezon City. She was born on October 6, 2004. She is the eldest of two kids of Orlan and Ana Canete. As Cha Cha’s prize for the hit commercial, she got a huge doll house patterned after Camella’s most sellable homes all over the Philippines.

Chacha's advertisement for camella homes surely converted a lot of sales.
I agree with your James, this advertisement helps them to earn sales. Also, with this they began to be affordable homes in the Philippines.
