Subic

Subic is located at northern part of Luzon, Zambales to be exact. Subic has its own freeport zone and is considered as one of the favorite travel destinations of the country. The province of Zambales is also popular for its fine beaches. Last year, I took a ride via Victory Liner transit from Manila. The travel time was about 6 hours to get there.

Commuting without your own car is quite expensive inside the Subic Freeport Zone. When I went to Zoobic Safari, I spent P500 and that was just for a single ride from the main gate! But I had a whole day of fun with the animals specially the tigers na libreng gumagala around us. Inside the 25-hectare park, it featured a Tiger Safari, a Petting Zoo, a Crocodile Farm, a Serpentarium, a Picnic ground, a Coffee Shop and a Safari Village. For more details of Zoobic Safari Adventure and rates, visit http://www.zoobic.com.ph/.

Taken while we were inside the Zoobic Jeep. In your face talaga yung pagpapakain ni Manong kay Muning!

Don't forget to drop by at Lagoon's Bar and Restaurant. It's located at the Bicentennial Park of Subic Freeport Zone. I highly recommend this place for food lovers. Prices were inexpensive, pero sobrang bigat sa tiyan at napakasarap. Yum! Yum!
